Proper care of the oral cavity; prevention of diseases of the oro-maxillofacial region; contemporary methods of diagnosis and treatment, but also the modern possibilities of solving the difficult cases spent in the department of oro-maxillofacial surgery from us in the country; urgent and planned operations; Free surgery based on the insurance policy are the main topics discussed on Saturday, December 14, during a workshop, held by the gold-maxillofacial surgeon, the university lecturer, Dumitru Sîrbu, in the village of Balanesti, the Nisporeni region.
Apparently familiar topics, intensely discussed ideas about health and the importance of its care in the media, the simple man from the country, overwhelmed by all the worries and problems of life, draw less attention to this aspect. Thus, the gold-maxillofacial surgeon accepted, with pleasure, the invitation of the mayor of the village of Balanesti to hold a free workshop for his countrymen.
At the event, people from different social backgrounds came, who found themselves in the topics addressed and showed a great interest for this lesson, even participating in discussions.
“Our desire to do well and to provide grams of health is for everyone and for every person, whether it is from the city or the village. The doctor is close to the patient who needs it and who requests it. We have no pretensions to speak only from huge stands and for a large audience. My joy was even then when I saw 50 people in the room, but their interest in the information presented was a proof that we are expected ”, mentioned the surgeon Sîrbu.
In the room, among the members, was the mayor of the village who offered him a Diploma of honor to the doctor. "Thank you very much for the lesson and the tips offered. It is very useful and necessary information for people, especially from the country, where the needs are great, but the possibilities are smaller. To know that you are the first surgeon who comes to present us health information in the village ”, mentioned the mayor of Bălănești village, Grigore Pîrțac.
"Everything I heard today is interesting and useful. The way in which the information was brought with useful examples, with the changes after the operation, with the contemporary working methods convinced us that you are a very good specialist that our country needs. We look forward to welcoming you, ”said Mihail Arsenii, one of the patients of the Clinic.
At the end of the presentation, one by one, many of those present went and shook hands with the doctor, congratulated him and asked for different advice.
