Gold-maxillofacial surgeon, doctor in medical sciences, university lecturer at the Department of gold-maxillofacial surgery and oral implantology "Arsenie Guțan" of the USMF "Nicolae Testemitanu", the chief doctor of the dental clinic "Omni Dent", Dumitru Sîrbu a was highly appreciated by the citizens from the village of Taraclia, Caușani district, on Saturday, December 28, 2019, after the lesson presented on the prevention of diseases of the oro-maxillofacial region; contemporary methods of diagnosis and treatment, but also the modern possibilities of solving the difficult cases spent in the department of oro-maxillofacial surgery from us in the country; urgent and planned operations; free surgery based on the insurance policy.
The people were very interested in the topics raised, generating questions and discussions. Particular attention was drawn to the extremely serious and difficult situations with which the patients are addressed, but also to the result obtained after their rehabilitation. They were amazed by the contemporary possibilities of diagnosis, but also by the contemporary treatment methods available at the moment in our country.
"My conception is better to prevent than to treat, so this lesson is part of a series of activities dedicated to the prevention of the diseases of the oro-maxillofacial region for the simple people of the country.
