The team of students and residents, coordinated by Dr. Dumitru Sîrbu, oro-maxillo-facial surgeon and university lecturer at the Department of Oro-maxillo-facial Surgery and Oral Implantology "Arsenie Guțan" from USMF "Nicolae Testemițanu", participated with posters and oral communications at the annual scientific conference, held between October 16 and 18, 2024, on the occasion of the university days.
Dr. Sîrbu, together with his young team, which specializes in clinical practice at the "Omni Dent" Dental Clinic, proudly continues the tradition of presenting, every autumn, complex cases of pathologies in the oro-maxillo-facial region."It is a joy for me, as a lecturer, to participate with students and residents at this annual scientific conference. It gives us the opportunity to constantly improve, evaluate our performance and enjoy the results achieved for our patients. This motivates young people to offer quality, precision and dedication in their work," emphasized Dr. Dumitru Sîrbu.
This year's conference marks the 79th anniversary of the establishment of USMF "Nicolae Testemițanu".

Dentists also contributed to the group of authors: Dumitru Nuca, periodontal surgeon, Maria Terentieva, orthopedic dentist, Daniel Sîrbu, oro-maxillo-facial surgeon, Stanislav Eni, dento-alveolar surgeon.The tradition of carrying the values of the university, of promoting the medical educational culture, of being a component part of the teachings of the distinguished professors of the Departments at USMF "Nicolae Testemițanu" enriches year after year not only the knowledge of students, but also the medical community as a whole, thus contributing to the formation of well-trained professionals dedicated to public health.
