RegenDays Chisinau: A top conference in regenerative dentistry

On December 13-14, the dental medical community had the privilege of attending an exceptional scientific conference, “RegenDays Chisinau”, an event with an exciting program dedicated to regenerative dentistry. It was an opportunity to learn from a remarkable team of motivational speakers from Europe and the Republic of Moldova.

A large number of renowned professionals in the dental field, members of the Department of Surgery of the OMF "Arsenie Guțan" from the USMF "Nicolae Testemițanu", shared their valuable knowledge and inspired the participants to continue to progress.

Dr. Dumitru Sîrbu, associate professor at the Department of Surgery at the OMF "Arsenie Guțan" addressed the topic "3R: Reconstruction, Regeneration, Remodeling in oro-maxillofacial bone surgery", offering an integrated vision on solutions for patients with complex defects and severe jaw atrophy.

The presentation by the chief physician at the "Omni Dent" Dental Clinic, Dumitru Sîrbu, also included discussions about advanced bone reconstruction techniques with autologous grafts and biomaterials, the principles of tissue regeneration, and how biomechanical remodeling allows new bone to adapt to the functional and anatomical requirements of the oral cavity.

Also, due to his vast experience gained at the "Omni Dent" Dental Clinic, he addressed the topic of using modern technologies to achieve predictable and personalized results.

The event was also attended by numerous doctors and residents from the "Omni Dent" Dental Clinic, which serves as the university clinical base.
