The young students, Daria Rîbacova, Vladimir Marinov, Maria Gonța, Ion Eni, Mihaela Angheluță, from the Faculty of Dentistry of USMF "Nicolae Testemițanu" obtained the highest appreciation in their graduation work, being guided by the university lecturer, Dumitru Sîrbu, MD, personality with a remarkable contribution in the field of dentistry.
During the academic year, the students had the privilege of being guided and inspired by their teacher Dumitru Sîrbu, who demonstrated, year after year, his passion for the education of the younger generations, both in the theoretical study classrooms and with patients at the Dental Clinic "Omni Dent", a university clinical base of the Department of Oro-Maxillo-Facial Surgery and Oral Implantology "Arsenie Guțan" of USMF "Nicolae Testemițanu".
At the "Omni Dent" Dental Clinic, students had access to state-of-the-art equipment and participated in complex treatments and interventions, under the careful supervision of experienced doctors. They also had the chance to interact with patients and practice their diagnostic and treatment skills in a real setting. This practical experience not only strengthened their theoretical knowledge gained during their studies, but also gave them a deep insight into the practical realities of the dental profession.
"Dr. Dumitru Sîrbu is a dedicated mentor, providing us with careful guidance and valuable advice for our research projects. He always, with patience and dedication, encouraged and guided us to explore our field of activity. Mr. Sîrbu managed to inspire us and contribute to our training as future professionals in dentistry", said Daria Ribacova.
"As a scientific leader, Mr. Sîrbu, dedicated his time and experience for us to develop our practical skills. I was present weekly, together with my fellow students, but also with my colleagues, with experience, from the Clinic, which is why I thank them for their patience and understanding, and I obtained practical knowledge in the diagnosis and correct treatment of a dental patient", he declared Maria Gonta.
"My dear graduates, your outstanding achievements, reflected in the outstanding results obtained in the undergraduate exam, the exceptional performance you have demonstrated, is not only a measure of your talent and effort, but also a proof of your commitment to the profession the chosen one.
Your path in dentistry is now open to new horizons. I am confident that you will continue to distinguish yourself through your professionalism, compassion and constant desire to improve. Continue to be guided by the ethical principles of our profession and make significant contributions to oral care and the general health of the community," said Dumitru Sîrbu.
